This model is a walk-out entry/exit for rooftop access. Adding extra detail are the antenna and a pair of chimney vents. It's perfect for filling in empty space on commercial building or high-rise residential rooftops.

In the 3ds Max file, the model is three editable mesh objects, so merging this into your scene is simple plug and play. Materials and textures are already applied. For the other exported formats, the model will import as a three single objects as well. All objects and materials have sensible, descriptive names. This model contains a few Vray maps used for reflections in the metal. The .OBJ format contains its own set of texture bitmaps so it should import needing little or no extra attention.
